On the Death of the Dream: Orthodox - Anglican Re Union

Fr. Robert Hart (The Anglican member of the three Hart brothers) has posted an interesting essay lamenting how close the Anglicans came to being reconciled with Orthodoxy and how it was all thrown away when the radicals took over in the 1970's. I must admit that I had no idea how close this was to happening. His essay is supported by source documents from various Orthodox Patriarchs in the early part of the last century acknowledging the validity of Anglican sacraments.
