  1. Habsburg is Austrian. Hohenzollern was the house of the Kaiser of Germany.

    Not sure why they are playing the German National Anthem in this video. If he had been Kaiser he would have been Kaiser of Austria/Hungary.

  2. They are not playing the German national anthem, they are playing the Kaiserhymne - written by Haydn to celebrate the birthday of Francis II and the anthem of the Habsburg empire from 1797 until 1918. The melody was adopted for the Deutschlandlied in 1841.
