I am perhaps bordering on being off-topic here, but I hope it will pass, sir.
I will not hold it against him that he is named after Fidel Castro, but it does make me at least a wee bit skeptical of the one or those who did give him that name.
Back in the days when I lived there, there was no Prime Minister. When the post was established in 2008 there had been no PM since the country had been a dominion and the head of state Her Britannic Majesty.
In any case, great to hear a story from my old hometown.
