Question

Does anyone know what the story is with the Midwest Conservative Journal? It went silent back in mid December and I noticed yesterday that the site is now down. It was one of my favorite blogs.

I heard by email from the MCJ blogger. His host server suffered a major hack, including many sites. It is taking a while to get everything fixed, evidently. Keep checking.

Thanks for the question and the answer above. MCJ is only equaled by Gay Patriot (and maybe, Moon of Alabama)for snark which often approaches the sublime. Fortunately, Gay Patriot writes just enough each day to tide me over until MCJ gets back on line.
