Union Gospel Mission of Yakima Washington v. Brown

This a significant religious liberty case that is about to be reviewed (unusually) en banc by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. I strong suspect this is eventually going to the US Supreme Court. The Washington State law is a pernicious attack on religious freedom and should be struck down, which the the three judge panel did.
