How big was the Democratic romp? Look at Texas.

Yesterday Texas was a ruby red state. This morning every statewide office on the ballot has been won by Democrats. That includes a US Senate seat, the governor, lieutenant governor and the attorney general (an office previously held by Ken Paxton). As of this post, it looks like the Texas State Senate will remain Republican though with a greatly reduced majority. The Texas House has not been called but Democrats are very close to taking the majority with numerous uncalled races. Most of those are trending Democratic.
