ROCOR & Moscow: Dotting the "I"s and crossing the "T"s
It appears that the restoration of full communion between the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia and the Moscow Patriarchate signaled in May by the IV All Diaspora Council is nearing reality. The Russian news service Interfax is reporting that all remaining points of concern between the two churches have been resolved and the final document is awaiting the approval of the respective synods. This is a moment of great joy for all Orthodox Christians. In what way this will effect communion between ROCOR and the other jurisdictions already in communion with Moscow is not indicated in this article. If anyone has any information, feel free to post it in the comments section.
