The Russian Church on Primacy

This is a new and important document that lays out the position of the Russian Orthodox Church on the subject of Primacy. I suspect (the cynic in me) that it was meant as much for Constantinople's eyes as Rome's.

A singular weakness in the document seems to be that it does not address the claim, put forth most recently by Benedict, that Rome's supremacy, as interpreted by Rome as havin its origin in Christ's Tu es Petrus, predates EVERY other consideration and thereby trumps all
