The churches that now make up the OCU were in schism (as most churches were for a time when seeking autocephaly), but they are no longer. The have returned to the Church, but who cares about that. In fact, the primate of the OCU commemorates Kyril in the dyptics. The only church in schism is Moscow, from the EP (and not the other way around). Well, and Antioch with Jerusalem, and I'm sure some others, too, who can keep up.
