I saw this clip a while back, but watched it again for kicks since you posted it. I am still in utter amazement at the lack of competence from pretty much everyone involved in the clip.

I know healthcare in the country in a mess, but do people honestly think people like this can fix a problem this large and deep without making it worse? I remain dubious.
