Beautiful music and this recording featuring restrained accompaniment so that the voices can be heard.

It was an interesting occasion. Our* last (?) RC king crowned according to CoE rite but not receiving the sacrament, which he received at a subsequent private RC mass.

*I am British but he was, of course, king of the American colonies also and James VII of Scotland!
