The DOJ could easily justify investigating the collusion between senior FBI/CIA and the Hillary campaign to swing the Presidential election in Hillary's favor.
That's for the DOJ to decide, not Trump. This is the kind of crap one typically associates with banana republics.
DOJ is not a 4th branch of govt. That's like saying the President can't order the military around. People who claim the DOJ is some sort of fourth branch would effectively deprive voters of any way to change the bureaucracy.
