And why not? These criminal democrats have been persecuting Trump using lawfare for years. Their goals were not 'justice' but to prevent him from ever being president again. This is an absolute joke and to assume that there's any good will on the side of the dems at this point is ludicrous.

The Dailywire just broke that the dem administration/FEMA in the path of hurricanes were passing over homes with Trump signs. Still think the government isn't in for him and his supporters? He's certainly not a saint but as Bill Maher has said "Don't lie to me!" There are actual bad things about Trump, but we don't have to pretend that there aren't good things, and we don't have to pretend that every bad thing the other side says is even remotely true (see bloodbath hoax, comments about Liz Chaney, etc.)

In a functional democracy, the rule of law is not political. Trump is, and has always been, deeply corrupt. Of the four criminal cases against him, the only one that I though had a political taint was ironically the only one that actually went to trial. The other three are clearly legitimate cases involving brazen criminality. Trump's conduct after he lost the 2020 election amounted to sedition. There is not a shred of doubt that he and senior members of his administration, knowing full well that they had lost, conspired to overthrow the government and constitution of the United States and keep Trump in power illegally. January 6, was an attempted coup d'état.

I have heard a lot of crazy conspiracy theories about FEMA and frankly all sorts of things coming out of the fever swamps of the far right. This kind of nuttery is dangerous. And it is becoming increasingly normative within the GOP.
